This years British Cheese Weekender promises a unique peak behind the rind of artisan cheese in the UK, with a packed line up of talks, tastings, masterclasses, chefs demos, tutored tastings and farm tours. Organised by cheese writer Patrick McGuigan and Academy of Cheese director Tracey Colley, the event is sponsored by Opies, Tracklements and Peters Yard and supported by Specialist Cheesemakers Association and Guild of Fine Food.
