No2 Pound Street: James Grant & Chef James Golding make Mozzarella & Pizza with “Buffalo Man” Jon Corpe

Join The “Buffalo Man” Jonathan Corpe who will be making raw milk buffalo mozzarella live on line with Award Winning Cheese Mongers “No2 Pound Street” Karen & James. After we make the mozzarella we step outside and prepare a totally awesome pizza prepared by the amazing chef James Golding from The Pig and then prepare a few other inspired British Mozzarella dishes. We will also showcase the Big Green Egg with their team and demonstrate how to make the most authentic pizza on this inspired barbecue.
